Patience Needed

ÒWE YORÙBÁ (YORÙBÁ PROVERB)

"Bi a bá dẹ ojú, a ó rí imú"

Translation

If you can let the iris muscles that hold the lens of your eyes relax such that the lens angle could be in between ten and fifteen degrees to the vertical (your body/trunk) you will see your nostrils...

(Concisely, if you can relax the muscles of your eyes, you will see the tip of your nostrils)

Application:

Child trying to see nose

What you presumably think you do not understand now, if you can be a bit patience, if you can change your estate a bit to have a proper (or another) look at the damn thing, you will understand the damn thing....

It is a proverb that is enjoining people not to be too much agitated about something but to rather exercise some patience and concerted effort so that they will get to the bottom of the thing.
