APPLICATION
It is a proverb showing the mind set of humans, when humans need something from other person, the person would walk gently, behaved him/herself, will be keeping to instructions given to him/her to letters, in other words would be playing along just to the thing he/she wants to get but after getting the thing, everything she/he does would be the exact opposite of what he/she was doing before. This proverb shows that some people are pretenders and can be trusted.
The proverb is used to infer the likely outcome of a person’s action after she or he has been rendered assistance to. This could come in form of question, asking the person who needs help or assistance that, “won’t you act like others after you have been given what you asked for?”
